2019 is here! I’m not totally sure how we got here … the last couple of months have been a bit of a blur for me - life… in the form of my husband’s health issues.. took over. I am happy to say that things now seem to be back on an even keel and I’m back spending time in the studio!

I always like to start the New Year as I mean to continue … so for the last few of days I have been pulling out fabrics and playing with a new collage background for the next piece of work ….

Today I settled on this composition and the background is now in one piece ready for stitching and the next layers.

Only one snag … I don’t have enough batting ! Time to check my supplies .. ready for the year ahead!
